Tricia is - obviously - unhappy. She posted, "What Mr. Ginsberg did not hear unfortunately was Burke or John. He is not surprised. He warned me. This generation of copy is like mud basically."

LOL - - We have the tape - it isn't mud - - just doesn't have the conversation in it that Tricia and the BORG were praying for.

Tricia did not share the entire report - - just the cover page and transcript - but she does admit that "... he did not pick up any editing attempts." But she tries to make that a minimal statement because he didn't have some "robot" that Spade (how do you spell nottobetrusted?) had.

Tricia's answer?

Oh yeah - - that statement under the circumstances could ONLY come from a killer! (don't you believe it)

How stupid is that statement? The Ramseys and Lin welcomed the release of the tape because it proved the BORG stories about a conversation between Burke and John were LIES!

Tricia posted that shortly after the tape was released, "... Lin Wood shut the hell up about the tape."

The fact is that Lin let the tape speak for itself - - he didn't need to say anything.

That Tricia, she is quite a joker.

Tricia said she had the report oh so long ago. Posters kept pressuring her to release the report. Too busy, HA! I agree, had the report ANYTHING AT ALL negative in it, we'd have seen it 8 weeks ago! So now the tape is "mud"; I thought it was "mayonnaise".

I have ALWAYS BEEN OFFENDED by the "Lin Wood Lied" part of the title of that thread. MANY APOLOGIES are OWING FROM TRICIA and HER FORUM, IMO. I have yet to see a "lie" from EITHER Lin Wood, any of the Ramseys, or Lou Smit.

SPADE's report has never been seen. HA! They cover up the TRUTH and then head off to Colorado to see Gov. Owens. I hope they took that long-winded Delmar England along and continue to make fools of themselves. They have made fools of themselves and they make fools of us all by association. UGH!

Tricia's credibility is nonexistant as far as I am concerned - - and her activities are, to be less kind than Lin, assinine. Totally assinine. Nasty, BORG and assinine.

(I know, I know. I shouldn't hold back and should tell you what I really think. *grin*)

WHAT does it take? How many lab analyses have to be done to "get it"? Here we have a report from ONE PERSON (Steve Thomas) that there was an enhancement done at Aerospace and deciphered by Melissa Hickman. No one from the inner circle (that I know of) has ever confirmed what Steve Thomas stated. No one (not even Melissa Hickman).

Let's see, the tape was not edited, technology has far surpassed what was available in 1997, Aerospace supposedly lifted a conversation from a third generation copy (from original tape to a computer disc to an audio tape...) so if what Aerospace supposedly lifted is actually there, shouldn't a modern lab be able to lift the same thing today?

Officials said they removed Arndt and Detective Melissa Hickman from the Ramsey case in mid-May because detectives were needed to work on other investigations.

(Actually, Arndt took a medical leave.)

Tricia - you are a joke. You posted that you had an expert who was going to prove the Ramseys lied about Burke being in the room - - your experts were going to prove he WAS there. I knew that would never happen - - Burke wasnot in the room and was not talking to anyone at that time - he was in his room pretending to be asleep.

You couldn't deliver because you were wrong.

You got pushed into posting what you WERE told - - must have been humiliating. Once again your promises fall flat.

I have found Mr. Ginsberg to be very kind. He doesn't seem bothered by my inquiries and has responded onceagain.

He advised me that the whispers being attributed to Patsy were, "...probably on the original tape from which the CD was made."

I wrote back...

I spoke to the investigators about the tapes and they said they didn't know why there would be any differences between the tapes (cassette and CD). They told me personally that they didn't hear any voices on the original - - didn't know why there would be a hint of anything on copies.

My reel to reel is a TEAC that was used in a recording studio.... the sound I referred to is not terribly loud but does exist. Not noticable when the tape is actually playing, but when the tape is blank, it does makea sound. Did Boulder have better equipment? I honestly doubt it - but maybe.

I know Tricia was counting on you to say that Patsy was on there saying, "Help me, Jesus" repeatedly - - I wonder if you knew before listening that those were the words she expected. I do think it makes a difference.

I know she REALLY wanted you to put John and Burke in the room talking. I also know that John and Burke were not talking in the room at that time - Burke was upstairs pretending to be asleep.

Thanks for telling the truth on the lack of conversation between John and Burke. I wish you had written a full report stating that - so she would have to share that as well as the "thumbs up on Patsy in prayer."

Again, I want to thank you for your time and letters. I would love to see the Ramsey case solved - - I don't think the 911 tape is going to help get that done. But I do think the important thing in this situation is the FACT that one more audio expert didn't hear Burke and John on that tape.

Cheeky put together a timeline of sorts. I won't copy and paste hir work but will rework it- - credit to Cheekysod for the research - - much appreciated.

August 1, 2003--Poster Moab said Tricia was in receipt of the 911 tape, 911 CD and a note from Bill Nagel.

(Many of us requested copies of the tapes and got them.)

Soon after, Tricia posted that she didn't hear any voices other than those WE hear.

September 21 2003--I believe it was SPADE who was posting that the Ramsey 911 call represented a "holy grail" to audio recovery specialists across the nation. He claimed a "robot" was painstakinly examining the data looking for male voices (notice PLURAL) that were confimed to have come from inside the house.

According to Cheekysodd, Spade was not at all concerned about finding the male voices, they were concerned with the "tone" John's tone when addressing Burke.

Tricia said SPADE was JonBenet's "angel here on earth" and said when the circus was over posters would line up to shake his hand.

October 10, 2003--Tricia posted that she lied. Nowshe could hear more voices on the tape - - she apologizedfor the lie but explained she lied so that Lin Wood would not have a heads up.

On the same date Tricia announced that the Spade's analysts found an erasure that was likely done using a magnet. The erased dialogue was, reportedly, "absolutely recoverable".

October 11--apparently believing the BORG posts, Ginja stated there was evidence of serious tampering...

November 2, 2003--From an unnamed source, Tricia produced an image that purported to be a spectrograph of the erasure - 2 white lines that showed the effort to erase.

January 19, 2004--Cheekysodd wrote a Letter to Tricia asking for an update and more information regarding the 911 tape analysis.

February 6, 2004--Nikeo asks Tricia to clarify what she meant when she said "filled him in on the case'. The poster's concern was that his mind be free of any words or phrases to listen for. I could not find where Tricia replied to Nikeo's concerns. Cheekysodd reports no response.

February 24, 2004--was supposed to be the week the private lab hired by Tricia would return their results.

March 2, 2004--Tricia updated saying she had been promised by the lab guy that he would be done by the end of next week.

March 3, 2004--Ginsberg completed his analysis, signed off and completed his paperwork.

March 17, 2004--Tricia claimed in yet another fictitious episode to have received the tape back from the lab but no findings, no results or work product.

March 31, 2004- Tricia posted that while her expert could find the "Help me Jesus" and "God, Hon, we need them" off the tape, he had not found John and Burke's voices or where the tape was "edited or erased in any way". She was still waiting for the written report but was clearly upset with his findings- - even posted that "... someone got to him".

On or about April 25th--Tricia posted ".. if he screwed me over by being sloppy or not caring or whatever then I will post about it. This will not help his business, I promise you."

sounds to me like she was VERY aggressive in her search forsome certain words.

April 26, 2004--Tricia finally reveals the truth, her expert did not find any male voices.

It seems by accident she exposed some lie, however. On the scanned letter from Ginsberg she blacks out the date of his report, but it seems she didn't notice Ginsberg dated the bottom of the transcript March 3, 04.

Typical BORG leadership - - tell them anything to keep them believing.

So BORG.
