According to Cardo, the C was added later, an afterthought. One detail he points out is that the dot after the T moves downward as if it was an END.

He is going to discuss, in part 4, the possibility of SBTC being Southern Bell Telephone Company or Corporation.

The word monitor - - Cardo thinks the killer practiced the note 3 or 4 times - - huh?? No evidence of that. But he thinks the word monitor is of interest.

He thinks Santa lived close to the Ramseys - - someone tell him Santa didn't live in Boulder at all.

He clears Bill but suggests someone called JonBenet by phone and pretended to be Santa. Maybe said he wanted to bring her a special gift - could she leave a door open. (Old theory we have kicked around many times.)

Cardo talks about the 911 call made at the party - he thinks no one could remember making the call - that no one took responsibility for the call. He is wrong. But he is suggesting the phone guy might have made that call himself from outside the house.

"I will call you.... tomorrow" - when was that call supposed to be made? Why wait a whole day... but Cardo is just rambling on about what he is reading, he is not explaining any theory or making any case against anyone. Clearly he is going to try to make it all fir a "phone guy".

It was written before, not to cover - - well, we agree on one thing. But he thinks it was written the day before - - because of the timing - - will call tomorrow...

This whole theory seems to revolve on the ransom note - we'll see.

He says three or more people because the author says there are gentlemen watching over her. (I think 1 guy was pretending he was part of a group.)

Note says they will be scanned - - again, electronics which in Cardo's mind prove the guy was into ... phones??

I admit this is a bit tedious. He has some information wrong and seems to be short on serious stuff.

I wouldn't limit the suspect list as he has - - but this is a thread about HIS theory - - he is free to join if he wants to comment.

Author used "economy in writing" - - like someone who writes a lot - - maybe someone who writes a lot of orders.

Cardo thinks this relates to the pen drawing found on JonBenet's hand. I don't see it.

This is the PLA - - - many of the members remember them from the early days. They are a group of individuals all over the country who play nasty phone games and share the stories on the internet. High fives all around and all that. They like to sign their work. I don't think JonBenet was killed as part of the PLA playtime. Just don't. As mean as they are to people, they are nasty pranksters, not killers. At least I don't see where they are - - and I have been the object of several of their "pranks".

One of their members, Samantha Stack, starrted out totally PLA and then they turned on her. Photos of her topless appeared online and they attacked in other ways as well. They posted stories ONLINE of how she had told them about the Ramsey forums, encouraged them to attack the posters... Cardo has the cart before the horse here, IMO. The PLA didn't know about JonBenet until AFTER as far as I can see. I will be interested in finding out if he puts a PLA leader in Boulder that night or proves they knew the Ramseys in any way. (I am not holding my breathe)

I would also remind - - or did all of you know??? - - Donald Foster was also the target of some of their pranks, according to his own writings.

They mention Laturneau - - that, in Cardo's mind, shows a link to pedophiles???
