This is the hall showing the room to the windowless room where the body was found.  There is a piece of wood at the top which was spun to the vertical position in order to keep the door closed and off limits to the children.

She was killed just outside of that room - that is where the paintbrush was taken from Patsy's tote and used as a handle for the garotte.  That is where JonBenet wet herself.

Two photos from inside the windowless room - the black and white one shows what it was like on December 26th.  The large Lego set was for Burke's birthday but police never released it.  (Why?)

The color photo was taken after police had searched the house and is not a true depiction of what the room was like at the time of the murder.
