Q&A
#1
The forum might prove helpful in educating those who are not-quite-BORG and seeking information.  I know in some places there are questions put out - - and answered - - but they are on BORG forums and the other side of the story is not being told there.  So please, if so inclined, copy some questions and answer them here.

Q. Why was it so important to the Ramseys' story that JonBenet was asleep when they got home and was taken directly to bed? Burke said she woke up and helped carry stuff into the house. We know she had pineapple, so why lie about her being asleep? It seems as though it would have been easier to say that she woke up when they pulled into the garage, they futzed around and had a snack and then went to bed - why was it important enough to lie about it? It's as if they were afraid to have anyone know the child was on the first floor that night between those hours - why? Did something happen in that part of the house?

A. The Ramseys were telling the truth and nothing more. Think about it, if they HAD fed JonBenet and Burke a snack when they got home, why WOULD they feel a need to lie about that. I mean, they weren't doing anything wrong, neighbors might have seen them as the drapes were left open. Why would they NEED to lie?

Burke really did not say JonBenet was awake and walking in the house. In his interviews he said she had fallen asleep in the car and that is the last memory he had of her. Asked repeatedly about things, yes, he did seem confused and said she didn't always fall asleep, some times he could remember her walking from the car to the house. But he never specifically said she walked in that night. His memory of that night - - and this is from the interviews closer to her death - was that she was asleep in the car and John carried her in.

Is it possible JonBenet got up and was on the first floor that night (possibly disturbed a burglar)? Yes, but that is really not what the evidence says. There is evidence of the cord on her bed and there is her family saying she was not just lightly sleeping, she was exhausted and fast asleep.

2. Why did Burke act so strangely that morning? Why did he pretend to be asleep, and why didn't his parents wake him up and ask him if he had seen or heard anything in the night? Why when his father came up to get him to take him to White's house, did he remain silent and not ask any questions? That's not the way nine year old boys act - they want to know everything that's going on and if a cop walks in the house, they're fascinated by him, and want to know why he's there. This kid did not ask ONE question or exhibit any fear or curiosity at all. (In my opinion, someone put the fear of God in this kid to keep him quiet. I can hear it now, "no matter what anyone asks you, you say you don't know, do you hear me?? Do you want Mom and Dad in jail?? Don't say anything!!!, I mean it, Burke!!!) And I don't care what anyone says about everyone being "different", nine year old boys don't act like that in that kind of situation - he didn't even ask, "is JonBenet going with us to the Whites?"

A. OK, stay with me on this one. Burke was interviewed and now we have all seen it. His mother was frantic and he had never seen her upset like that - - so he pretended to be asleep because he really didn't know what the Hell to do. Maybe other people would have jumped up demanding answers but this slight 9 year old was not a take-charge person and HE chose to avoid the subject by feigning sleep.

John and Fleet went together to wake Burke up and John has said in interviews that he told Burke the bare bones of the situation - - JonBenet is missing and we have police here and we are going to find her. You are going to go with Fleet to his house so you will be with Fleet Jr. You want to take your Nintendo? Ok, grab it and let's go.

That is close to what John AND FLEET have said about what happened in that room.

Burke may have remembered a year before when Daphne White went missing, his family went over to the Whites. The cops were there and they found Daphne under a bed. He wasn't freaking out thinking she had been kidnapped for some sexual purpose and may be dead - - that was not something he would have had in his head. He was a rather sheltered child and not allowed to watch horror films, everything he knew was Disney and light.

You are on a BORG forum and likely to be encouraged to believe he was threatened and warned to keep secrets - - but if that was the case, would John really have had Fleet with him to get Burke up? Would John really send a 9 year old boy with such secrets over to play with a friend and in the care of adults who might get an earful from a traumatized child?

No, Burke didn't appear traumatized because he was not. He knew there was something going on and his mother was upset - - nothing more. So he wasn't acting weird. He wasn't acting at all. He was just a kid doing what he had been told.

Q#3. How did that blood get in the underwear? She's been wiped clean, but there is blood on the crotch panel - so she had to have had them on, been injured, wiped clean, and then the underwear put back on with the longjohns with the urine stain in the front - otherwise, how could the blood have gotten there? Which means she had that pair of underwear on, she was injured, the underwear were pulled up, and then someone thought better of it, pulled them down, wiped her clean and then pulled the underwear back up. How else could the blood have gotten on that part of the underwear?

A. Well, I have to tell you I don't believe for a minute she was fully undressed OR "wiped clean". I think any fibers found in her panties or on her body were left inadvertently, probably by the killer's sleeve.

So explain the blood? Someone took this child to that basement and sexually assaulted her while she was still alive. He left an injury in her vagina that was consistent with a digital assault and that would result in some blood dripping into her panties. Tests done on those drops found foreign DNA MIXED WITH her blood - - not layered but co-mingled. That is good evidence the person who assaulted her left a bit of himself behind. That DNA does not come from any of her family and is, IMO, proof positive that there was an unknown male with her when she was sexually assaulted, strangled and hit in the head heard enough to leave a hole in her skull.

But that is probably not the answer you got on the BORG forum. As one member there posted, THAT DNA means nothing. Had it been found on the pen upstairs inthe pen jar, THAT would be important, but in her panties? Nah, some guy in China sneezed.

Q#4. Patsy Ramsey was so insistent on the ransom note being on the spiral staircase, saying, "and that's how I come down every morning." How would an intruder know that? Why not leave it in her bed, or on the kitchen counter or the windshield of the car, or the steps leading down from their bedroom, where the parents would be sure of seeing it. And why would she never admit to having read the damned thing? Or why wouldn't she read it in the first place? If it was my kid, I'd of have it memorized. She insinuated to LE that it was 'weird" that Fleet White knew it so well - well, anyone with a brain and a heart would be reading that note over and over wondering if there was anything about it that could tell them who killed that little girl. What's weird, is that Patsy Ramsey didn't do that.

A - Patsy was insistant on the ransom note being on the stairs because that is where she found it. Do you really think she should have changed her story because it might make more sense to leave the note on the bed? I mean, really. is the placement of the note fully convincing you the mother has to be lying?

Fact is, the note was in the hallway that was kind of the center of the house - - a hub between the kitchen, a door outside and the door to the garage and it makes PERFECT sense that that is where the note was left.

Would you really have sat and pored over that note, reading it over and over - - MEMORIZING IT - - before calling 911? OMG - - what a giant waste of time that would have been. Like the Ramseys, the minute I understood my daughter had been taken I would have called the cops and hoped to see the city locked down and searched. No way in the world would I think memorizing every word of the ransom not would be important.

I don't recall her saying it ws weird Fleet knew the note so well so will put off that answer for now and think on it.

Q, Did Patsy actually say she stepped over the ransom note? For stepping over something on a spiral staircase is quite difficult and might easily land you on the floor. Where exactly was the RN spread out? On more than one stair?

A. Yes, Patsy said she stepped over the step that had the ransom note on it, turned around and started reading the note, got to the part where it said they had her daughter, then she ran to check JonBenet's bed. I have been in that house, walked down those stairs and stepped over a step with paper on it and assure you it was not difficult at all. The note was all on one step, the pages side by side.

This poster may have had a short run on the BORG forum, but I will answer the questions here knowing she will likely never see my answer.

Q#1. If John or Patsy conveniently took the rest of the rope and duct tape with them when they left the house that morning, how did they dispose of them? Didn't their friends drive them over to their house? How did they know a friend wouldn't innocently search their bags/purse looking for prescriptions, etc. so Dr. Beuf could prescribe tranquilizers?

A. The BORG response may be that the Ramseys hid the items in the house and later had Patsy's sister, Pam, go to the house with a police escort to take those things away.
The answer that works for me is that they didn't ever buy or own or use either item so didn't do anything with it.

Further answer - - or my question to Ivy - - if they took out the cord and tape, why not take out the pad and pen as well?

2. When they went for the CNN interview, how did John know that Patsy wouldn't let something slip on national TV since she was obviously heavily sedated? Isn't that awfully risky?

A. Yes, that would be risky if they were guilty. But it wouldn't be risky if they had nothing to hide because an intruder did it.

But I don't expect that was an answer Ivy got on the BORG forum.

What is the best (first?) Star Trek episode that has the BORG? And which one has the Queen BORG? Because I'm wondering if it's the lady who lives down the street from me (here in Boulder County, Colorado).

I can personally verify this!!

We have a spiral staircase in our master bedroom.

Its nearly half of the size of their spiral staircase.. but you can easily step over a step without falling. Not hard at all.

Saw this on the facebook group.... this isnt necessarily a question but shows the stupidity of BORG.

"since John and Patsy both stated they were suicidal, they must be guilty. If they werent guilty, they would be wanting to go after the killer instead of wanting to die"

Seriously???? Im sorry, but they LOST THEIR DAUGHTER UNEXPECTEDLY TO MURDER! WHO WOULDNT FEEL DEPRESSED???????

My question for them is have they lost a child to murder??? We all know John tragically lost Beth to a car accident in Illinois. That rocked him to the core and he was questioning his faith.. life in general... To lose ANOTHER daughter.. I COULD NOT imagine how they felt!!!!

Everyone responds to death differently.

BORG will spin EVERYTHING!!! In result, my head spins lol
