In the interviews, LE asked the Ramseys about kids using the bathroom and not flushing after. It is clear someone used the bathroom in the basement and didn't flush. The question is this - - did that belong to the intruder? He may have needed to use the toilet but was scared to flush the toilet and alert the family to someone being there.
