what does the position tell us?

Let's talk about the position of the body. We know her hands were above her head, not neatly folded on her chest as is normal position for burial. We now her feet were exposed because Fleet White told how he touched her feet and they were cold. I don't think that is the act of a person who loved the child. The blanket being tossed on her, that could have been because the killer didn't want to look at his "work" - it really had not been the crime he imagined - or it may have just been incidental, he tossed her and the blanket in there and didn't carefully place the blanket at all.
