This poster appeared all over the mall in Boulder. Frank Coffman later told me he did it and regretted it. Why had he done it? To impress the online BORG, especially a poster using the hat Seashell.
$100,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of murderer John Ramsey.
This goes to show the mentality of some people in Boulder at the time.
